Hidden away on Penny’s Lane, Luc-San is a moody 90-seat restaurant offering intimacy and intrigue. The space blends warm textures, refined detailing, and a striking mural, every element curated to create an atmosphere as memorable as the menu itself.

Dezign partnered with Pro-Invest Group to deliver the procurement and fitout, working closely with Five Foot One on the interior design.
The project was delivered through Dezign’s integrated delivery model, coordinating, suppliers, furniture, and bespoke joinery to ensure the design intent was realised. The result is a handcrafted dining experience that balances French sophistication with the relaxed spirit of a neighbourhood Izakaya.
