At Franklin Wharf, we’ve meticulously crafted an immersive experience that pays homage to Hobart’s iconic surroundings. From the tactile materiality reminiscent of heritage buildings to the coastal colours mirroring the sea, every detail echoes the maritime essence of the locale.
Led by Herbee from Paul Kelly Design and the team at Dezign, a space has been curated that invites guests on a sensory journey. Whether you’re lounging in our outdoor seating area, savouring cocktails in the casual bar setting, or indulging in a sumptuous meal in our intimate dining space, each moment promises to delight.
Dezign partnered closely with Paul Kelly Design to bring this vision to life, meticulously procuring and manufacturing custom furnishings and in particular the exquisite banquettes! From early design concepts to the delivery of the complete fit-out, the collaboration has ensured that every aspect of Franklin Wharf embodies excellence.
