Chu Restaurant by China Doll, Rooty Hill

Settling into West HQ’s $10 million dining precinct is Chu Restaurant by China Doll – opened by Steve Anastasiou who is also the owner behind China Lane located in Sydney CBD. The new venue located in the outer suburbs will launch as a part of the $10 million dining precinct West HQ in Rooty Hill.

Chu Restaurant by China Doll will house an expansive 275 seat dining space within the new precinct with the design touching on 1940’s Shanghai referencing glamour and theatre.

Dezign collaborated with The Unlisted Collective to create and deliver an extravagant and luxurious dining venue with the use of gold, brass, marbles and luxury velvet materials.
